A Chronology of Achievements

  • 2006
    • TiE Summit - The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) is a global non-profit organization that promotes entrepreneurship. TES was India’s largest conference on entrepreneurship with over 1200 attendees. Fractal Ink designed all of the online and off line communication material including the backdrops for the conference.
    • VIBGYOR High – Fractal Ink designed the complete identity of a chain of schools with a pan India presence. We worked on a retainer to design visual identity and all collateral for the school.
  • 2005
    • Set design and execution for the CRY telethon - first ever telethon in India and Indian Idol, the Indian version of the American Idol format show.
    • Website for Eskimo modeling agency. Eskimo models are based in Iceland and set up shop in India to have proximity to one of the fastest growing entertainment and fashion markets in the world.
  • 2004
    • Product catalogue on CD for Legrand India Pvt. Ltd; Legrand India is the market leader in India for low voltage products, and is the Indian subsidiary of the globally present Legrand group.
    • Packaging, set design and other animations for Full Toss - a hugely successful cricket based game show on Television.
    • Filmigame - a Bollywood based interactive game on DVD. We designed the game animations as well as the packaging of the product.
  • 2003
    • Website for Lupin Ltd; one of the largest and fastest growing pharmaceutical companies in India
    • Redesign of the Chip Magazine, arguably the most popular computer magazine in India.
  • 2002
    • Websites for Godrej Securities. UI for a software product that helps user make day-to-day decisions about product forecasts, pricing, product transitions, response to competitors, and deal pipeline. This was designed for Vistaar.
  • 2001
    • Simulation of a software developed by Alignor for use in conflict management.
    • Alliance with Rave Technologies to design and develop User interfaces for web based applications and software products for various clients across Europe.
  • 2000
    • Touch screen kiosk for Indian Railways, meant to be placed at every station. Commuters could access information like train timetables, availability of tickets and information about the city they were in.
    • Redesigned website for Sharekhan for better usability. A site to help the inexperienced cross section of the Indian populace to make informed decisions about investing in stocks over the web
  • 1999
    • Intranet for BPL mobile phones, one of the largest mobile service providers in India Cell phone simulator that could simulate every function of the phone, for 5 different phones for BPL. This was for use by their customer service team.
  • 1998
    • JRD - Quality Value film in association with Stem Computers
    • Intranet for market segmentation training program for the Taj Group of hotels.
  • 1997
    • Live webcast of cricket match in association with Reality Labs.
    • Touch screen kiosk for 20th Century Fox, for their direct to home video - Casper.
  • 1996
    • A kiosk using ‘Touch Reality' for Tata Motors at an auto fair. Visitors could touch various parts of the open engine and have information about that part displayed on the screen, in alliance with Stem Computers Digicat - A CD-Rom based database of products and a quick reference book for architects
  • 1995
    • First Indian portal - India World. A portal with information on various aspects of India.
    • First Indian touch screen kiosk - for Sun Pharmaceuticals, when they offered an IPO.
